The framing of the surrounding views. The residential unit for the house is located on the scenic route of Ocean drive with additional zoning requirements protecting the views.. Once of the particularly unique aspects of the site are the panoramic spectacular view of cape town and Robben Island.

New buildings are to be specifically designed to complement, uplift and harmonise with the existing structures and should read as an aesthetically pleasing whole.
